Refunds and Exchanges


Returns and exchanges can be made up to 20 days after receipt of goods. Goods must have original tags and be in unused condition. 

When posting please ensure you include your invoice. If you would like to exchange for another item, please make note which item/s and include within your returned parcel.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will happily pay the postage costs for both returning the faulty goods to our store and for dispatching your replacement.

If you are returning items for reasons other than the item being faulty or incorrect, then packaging and postage must be paid for by the customer.

All refunds, exchanges & credits will be issued once we have received all goods back into our returns department.  Please allow up to 48 hours for refunds and credits to be issued.

PLEASE NOTE: Please choose carefully, as we can only exchange faulty items. Unfortunately we are unable to return or refund sale items.
